For California members - Timely Access to Care

ASH has established mechanisms to ensure the accessibility of services in a timely manner appropriate to the member’s condition consistent with good professional practice. ASH provides and maintains standards for access to:

• Regular and routine care appointments and rescheduling thereof: within seven (7) calendar days
• Urgent care and rescheduling thereof: within 24 hours (as applicable)
